• If you are booking online or over the phone you are to comply with the below cancellation charges.
• If you cancel 20 days prior to your arrival no charge is applicable, However, if it’s a credit / Debit card cancellation we are comply to charge you 5% of our levies with reluctance.
• If you cancel before 7 days or before 20 days to your arrival you will charged only 25% and if it is less than 7 days you will be charged 50% from the room rate.
